Consultation

While we work best over email, we can schedule a complimentary call to discuss your trip in detail; i.e., the type of trip you are wanting to take, destination of choice, who’s going, etc. This will determine the best planning option that suits your needs, and we will review our services. Once the planning option is paid, we will begin creating your proposal.

Proposal Review

We’ll combine takeaways from our intake call with our expertise and global connections to create a proposal option for you to review. Timely and thorough feedback is paramount during this phase to secure the components you desire and deserve! Also, this is where you will submit a profile in our database, so we have your details to put items on hold and ready for booking once you give approval. Follow this link your profile.

Confirm Your Itinerary

Once you approve your proposal, you will be invoiced for the deposit amount. Deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip, as well as the partner that the trip is booked through.
